Location
The location of copies on the leaflet holders is the responsibility of the staff.
Replenishment
For exhibitors, replenishment of copies is their own responsibility.
For non-exhibitors, replenishment of copies is ensured by the staff.
Remaining balance
The balance of copies is to be recovered as soon as the show closes on Sunday evening. After this time it will be discarded.
