ASL was founded in 1980, its objective being to safeguard the quality of the waters and aquatic ecosystems of Lake Geneva and its tributaries.

  • ASL acts concretely in the field through different activities
  • It sensitizes the inhabitants of the Lake Geneva basin to issues concerning the lake through the publication of the periodical “Lémaniques”. It also organizes information campaigns, conferences, and exhibitions
  • It proposes a wide range of educational programs and activities for children and teenagers
  • It encourages sanitation measures and participates in the development of public policies.
